Good access and very comfortable for price range.
Hilly walk into town, otherwise fine!

The room was extremely warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed for a self contained stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location within walking distance to town was very convenient yet easy to get out of and head out of town. I would strongly recommend this Motel to all and it had exceptional rates, especially for Queenstown. Well done everybody!!!

Hotel was nice, clean and tidy. We did pay for an upgrade in the end which was much better and we got the room we thought we were paying for in the first place. Most of the staff seemed really friendly and helpful.
We were a little dissapointed with our rooms as the website seem to show a different room which was much larger. The room we had we struggled to use the cooking facilites as there was hardly any pans and the were really small.

The staff was good and lovely. the location was great and unbeatable, as it was really close to the lake, restaurants, and the hill. - Easy to walk in. - the place was not too far from a landscaped park. My Rewrite: The staff was really friendly and everything was kept impeccably clean. the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the lake, restaurants, and the hill. It's also super easy to walk to. Plus, it's not too far from a beautifully landscaped park.

Nice clean rooms, very helpful reception staff. Easily accessible from Queenstown airport by Connectabus and only a short walk into town for attractions and dining. Would stay there again.

close to everything
rooms were too hot, room wasnt like the picture online spa bath was a lot smaller and not what we expected. Travel brochures should be placed elsewhere so you can access them anytime of day or night no matter if reception is locked up.

Mattress lumpy and worn; many rooms were receiving new mattresses as parking area was full of old mattresses, this room defintely needs a new one. Tv , a newer wide sreen is located on the left side of the bed, a poor location for the person sleeping o the right side of the bed. Bath room was laid out poorly, the hot tub shower/bath is out of style. No ice was available in the rooms refrigerator, when prompted front desk, they had to get some from another room!

The room was good value for money and a nice size, I had peaceful experience.
St Joseph Parish was close to the hotel, truly enjoyed its location by roadworks right out the front from 7 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. The service was excellent. The people were wonderfully helpful and very friendly, will exceed the expectations;)))

Easy setting, incredibly helpful and very amiable staff.
Perfect little and modern rooms with half bathrooms and a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. Costs £ 171. Location near to the Botanic Gardens and the lakefront walk around those gardens, great view of the mountains and a bus stop.

I loved the proximity of the accommodation to the centre of Queenstown, and the local ski resorts (an easy walk down the road to shops, and leisurely drive to the mountains). I also found the staff to be extremely helpful, yet non-invasive. The views from the room were astounding. The apartment had great facilities, the highlight of which being an oven (rather than simply a microwave) and a spa bath to relax in. Overall an extremely pleasant stay. Thank you, Hurley's.
The only downside was that drying room didn't seem to be much hotter than outside, which was a little inconvenient for drying ski gear. Also the available parking out the back is a bit of a squeeze. Other than that, Hurley's met or exceeded every other requirement regarding facilities.
